TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CODASPORTS y COMPAS GROUP, en adelante “los ORGANIZADORES”, le da la bienvenida al primer congreso virtual de juegos y deportes alternativos, en adelante “e-CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL DE JUEGOS Y DEPORTES ALTERNATIVOS”, en el que podrá inscribirse aceptando como condición esencial que la relación con los ORGANIZADORES se regirá por estos Términos y Condiciones, y supletoriamente por lo dispuesto en el Código Civil y Comercial argentino.

En consecuencia, la navegación en la página del e-CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL DE JUEGOS Y DEPORTES ALTERNATIVOS, la consulta, contratación y participación en los talleres deportivos y conferencias implica que acepta íntegra y explícitamente los presentes términos y condiciones que se detallan a continuación:

CODASPORTS and COMPAS GROUP, hereinafter «the ORGANIZERS», welcomes you to the first virtual congress of alternative sports and games, hereinafter «WORLD e-CONGRESS OF ALTERNATIVE SPORTS AND GAMES», in which you can register accepting as an essential condition that the relationship with the ORGANIZERS will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and additionally by the provisions of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code.

Consequently, browsing the WORLD e-CONGRESS OF ALTERNATIVE SPORTS AND GAMES page, consulting, contracting and participating in sports workshops and conferences implies that you fully and explicitly accept the present terms and conditions that are detailed below:

PRIMERO: TALLERES DEPORTIVOS Y CONFERENCIAS

FIRST: SPORTS WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCES

Los ORGANIZADORES ponen a su disposición un cronograma de talleres deportivos y conferencias virtuales en español o en inglés en las que podrá participar luego de inscribirse y pagar el costo total del e-CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL DE JUEGOS Y DEPORTES ALTERNATIVOS.

Estos talleres deportivos y conferencias podrán ser grabadas para uso exclusivo de los ORGANIZADORES, por lo que todo el contenido desarrollado no podrá reproducirse, cederse ni compartirse por ningún medio sin el consentimiento de los ORGANIZADORES.

The ORGANIZERS put at your disposal a schedule of sports workshops and virtual conferences in Spanish or English in which you can participate after registering and paying the total cost of the WORLD e-CONGRESS OF ALTERNATIVE SPORTS AND GAMES.

These sports workshops and conferences may be recorded for the exclusive use of the ORGANIZERS, therefore all the content developed may not be reproduced, transferred or shared by any means without the consent of the ORGANIZERS.

SEGUNDO: INSCRIPCIÓN E INGRESO A TALLERES DEPORTIVOS Y CONFERENCIAS

SECOND: REGISTRATION AND ENTRY TO SPORTS WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCES

La inscripción se realizará a través de un formulario que deberá completar, enviarlo y luego realizar el pago correspondiente al e-CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL DE JUEGOS Y DEPORTES ALTERNATIVOS.

Para el ingreso a todos los talleres deportivos y conferencias, dispondrá de un acceso único e intransferible, por lo que se compromete a no cederlo, transferirlo, ni replicarlo por ningún medio y que será de uso personal, conociendo que la sanción es la inhabilitación por el resto del congreso y que no reclamará reintegro alguno de lo pagado por el derecho de acceso al mismo.

Registration will be done through a form that you must complete, send and then make the corresponding payment to the WORLD e-CONGRESS OF ALTERNATIVE SPORTS AND GAMES.

To enter all sports workshops and conferences, you will have a single and non-transferable access, so you agree not to assign, transfer, or replicate it by any means and that it will be for personal use, knowing that the sanction is disqualification for the rest of the congress and that it will not claim any refund of the amount paid for the right of access to it.

TERCERO: DATOS PERSONALES

THIRD: PERSONAL DATA

Al momento de la inscripción, Ud. deberá completar el formulario predispuesto y proveer sus Datos Personales, tales como nombre, apellido, documento de identidad, dirección postal y electrónica, teléfono, fecha de nacimiento, país de origen entre otros, para que los ORGANIZADORES lo registren como participante.

Ud. debe proveer sus Datos Personales veraces y actualizados, atento a que, si estuvieren desactualizados o fueren erróneos, impedirá a los ORGANIZADORES contactarse con Ud. por cualquier motivo. Todos los datos enviados a través del formulario de inscripción, serán administrados por los ORGANIZADORES internamente, y conforme a La Ley de Protección de los Datos Personales (Ley N° 25.326) de la República Argentina, norma de orden público que regula la actividad de las bases de datos que registran información de carácter personal.

At the time of registration, you must complete the provided form and provide your Personal Data, such as name, surname, identity document, postal and electronic address, telephone, date of birth, country of origin, among others, so that the ORGANIZERS register you as a participant.

You must provide your personal data truthful and updated, being aware that, if they are outdated or erroneous, it will prevent the ORGANIZERS from contacting you for any reason. All the data sent through the registration form will be managed by the ORGANIZERS internally, and in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 25,326) of the Argentine Republic, a public order rule that regulates the activity of the databases that record personal information.

CUARTO: MODALIDAD DE LOS TALLERES DEPORTIVOS Y CONFERENCIAS

FOURTH: MODALITY OF SPORTS WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCES

Las talleres deportivos y conferencias tienen la modalidad a distancia a través de internet (virtual), o sea totalmente on line; y se desarrollarán íntegramente en una plataforma virtual que los ORGANIZADORES podrán elegir libremente y que tendrá una capacidad de hasta 500 participantes por cada taller o conferencia.

The sports workshops and conferences have the virtual modality through the internet (virtual), that is, totally online; and they will be developed entirely in a virtual platform that the ORGANIZERS will be able to choose freely and that will have a capacity of up to 500 participants for each workshop or conference.

QUINTO: REQUISITOS PARA INGRESAR

FIFTH: REQUIREMENTS TO ENTRY

Ud. reconoce y acepta que es requisito esencial para efectuar el ingreso a cualquier taller o conferencia, ser mayor de edad de acuerdo a las leyes de su país de origen, con capacidad suficiente para obligarse; aceptar íntegramente los presentes Términos y Condiciones; y haber abonado la totalidad del e-CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL DE JUEGOS Y DEPORTES ALTERNATIVOS.

You acknowledge and accept that it is an essential requirement to enter any workshop or conference, to be of legal age according to the laws of your country of origin, with sufficient capacity to be bound; fully accept these Terms and Conditions; and have paid the entire WORLD e-CONGRESS OF ALTERNATIVE SPORTS AND GAMES.

SEXTO: COSTO

SIXTH: COST

El acceso a este e-CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL DE JUEGOS Y DEPORTES ALTERNATIVOS deberá abonarse íntegramente, teniendo un costo para los nacionalizados argentinos de $ 1500 (mil quinientos pesos argentinos), y para los extranjeros, de $ 15 (quince dólares americanos). Los medios de pagos se informarán vía mail luego de enviar los datos a través del formulario de inscripción.

Access to the WORLD e-CONGRESS OF ALTERNATIVE SPORTS AND GAMES must be paid totally, at a cost for Argentine Pesos $ 1500 (one thousand five hundred Argentine pesos), and for foreigners, US$ 15 (fifteen US dollars). The means of payment will be informed via email after sending the data through the registration form.

SÉPTIMO: ACCESO Y CONECTIVIDAD

SEVENTH: ACCESS AND CONNECTIVITY

Ud. tendrá acceso e-CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL DE JUEGOS Y DEPORTES ALTERNATIVOS y si por causas ajenas a los ORGANIZADORES, no pudiere ingresar a alguno de los talleres deportivos o conferencias en la agenda planificada, los ORGANIZADORES no le reintegrarán la suma de dinero que haya abonado, en ejercicio de lo dispuesto por el Artículo 1116 inc. b) del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación Argentina, lo que Ud. comprende y acepta expresamente.

You will have access to the WORLD e-CONGRESS OF ALTERNATIVE SPORTS AND GAMES and if for reasons beyond the control of the ORGANIZERS, you cannot enter any of the sports workshops or conferences on the planned agenda, the ORGANIZERS will not refund the amount of money you have paid , in exercise of the provisions of Article 1116 inc. b) of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Nation, which you understand and expressly accept.

OCTAVO: CERTIFICADO

EIGHTH: CERTIFICATE

El certificado correspondiente al e-CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL DE JUEGOS Y DEPORTES ALTERNATIVOS, se realizará en formato digital emitido por los ORGANIZADORES, y será enviado por correo electrónico a la dirección por Ud. informada oportunamente.

The certificate corresponding to the INTERNATIONAL e-CONGRESS OF ALTERNATIVE GAMES AND SPORTS, will be made in digital format issued by the ORGANIZERS, and will be sent by email to the address provided by you.

NOVENO: CAMBIO EN LA ORGANIZACIÓN

NINTH: CHANGE IN THE ORGANIZATION

Los ORGANIZADORES se reservan el derecho a realizar cualquier tipo de cambio que sea necesario por causas de planificación y ajenas a la voluntad de los mismos. Esto incluye cambios en los días y horarios; y/o suspensión de talleres deportivos y conferencias; como cualquier otro cambio de índole tecnológica y/o administrativa.

The ORGANIZERS reserve the right to make any type of change that is necessary for planning reasons and beyond their control. This includes changes in days and times; and / or suspension of sports workshops and conferences; like any other change of a technological and / or administrative nature.

DÉCIMO: JURISDICCIÓN

TENTH: JURISDICTION

En caso que Ud. tenga algún inconveniente con el servicio contratado, se buscará solucionarlo a la brevedad posible y al menor costo para ambas partes. Si la solución encontrada no le satisficiere, deberá ocurrir por ante los Tribunales Ordinarios de la Ciudad de Córdoba, provincia de Córdoba, República Argentina, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que le pudiere corresponder.

Los presentes términos y condiciones entran en vigencia a partir del día 19/08/2020.-

In case you have any problem with the contracted service, we will seek to solve it as soon as possible and at the lowest cost for both parties. If the solution found does not satisfy you, it must occur before the Ordinary Courts of the City of Córdoba, province of Córdoba, Argentine Republic, renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond.

These terms and conditions come into effect from 08/19/2020.
